At JDM of Oregon, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase; if your apparel doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Ensure items are in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition with tags attached, then securely pack them using the original shipping materials if possible.
Ship It Back
Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
